AWeber has been in the email marketing business since 1998. That’s before Mailchimp, before Kit, before most of the tools on this list existed. Longevity counts for something - the platform is reliable, the deliverability is solid, and it still offers phone support when almost nobody else does.

No other platform on this list comes close to that volume. If you want to pick a template and start sending without touching design, AWeber gives you the most options.
The Smart Designer feature is clever too - it pulls your branding from your website (logo, colors, fonts) and automatically generates custom templates. For businesses without a designer on staff, this saves real time.
Phone Support on Every Paid Plan
AWeber offers phone support on Lite, Plus, and Unlimited plans. Plus and Unlimited get priority support. In a category where most platforms offer only chat and email (and some only offer AI chatbots), phone support is a meaningful differentiator for businesses that want to talk to a human when something goes wrong.

- Existing AWeber users who are happy. If it’s working, migrating to a cheaper tool has a real cost in time and risk.
